                   The answer to a single RS232 Data feed from newer broadcast automation systems or used with EasyGuide 2000    to control up to 4 StarGuide II or III Receivers.

Description:

StarScan is the final answer to adapt multiple StarGuide II and III  Receivers  to newer  broadcast automation systems or teamed with EasyGuide 2001 Software gives your station full control.   The setup is very user friendly and designed for programming by non-technical personnel.  

Simply plug a data cable from any DOS or Windows based computer or Serial Port  to StarScan and connect from StarScan  to the M&C Port of your StarGuide II or III Receivers.. That's it!  For remote control from your studio, such as transmitter site, the StarScan  is placed at the remote site and connected  via a dedicated modem or data link. The data rate is fixed at 9600 baud.
